Q: Where can I find the prices of your products?
A: Please contact us to load a price list for you on our website which will allow you to play with your volume discount tiers. We can also generate price lists that include prepaid shipping to your location, so the price you see is the price you pay, plus applicable taxes of course.
Q: Can you ship to the USA?
A: Yes, we ship regularly across the USA. Better yet, we can also generate price lists in US dollars and include shipping to your location as well. Since we include shipping in our prices, we will handle all shipping paperwork and all customs and brokerage fees for a no-hassle experience.
Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: Generally within 1-2 business days. We regularly stock all of our catalogue items for immediate shipping. Many of our orders ship the same day, but this depends on the size and scope of the order.
Q: Do you accept returns?

Q: Do you accept payment by credit card?
A: Yes, we accept payment by Visa and Mastercard.
Q: How do I open a credit account?
A: Submit a completed copy of our credit application which can be found in our Downloads section. We will review the application and will open your account upon approval.

A: The minimum order is 1pc of any of our products.
Q: Do you offer samples of your products?
A: Yes. We offer free samples within reason. We also offer free shipping on most samples depending on the size and quantities of the samples.
